In a Single Jersey Camber Body Machine, Model SBHS is a very fast
running machine, accurate to a degree and can be relied upon for
trouble- free production. Its efficiency has been demonstrated to

own-cost figures to an astonishingly low level.
Special Features
- The Machine has a Durable Revolving Steel Inserted wall cylinder.
- The working cams are built of special Alloys steel fitted in a
stationary cambox duty tempered, polished and properly shaped so that
breakage of needles is almost insignificant.
- It can develop a speed of about 30 to 40 R.P.M. Varying according to the diameter.
- It can produce fabric, in a very wide range from 18 courses to 64 courses per inch according to gauge and yarn.
- It is fitted with a very sensitive Electric stop motion, which
works at three different stages, thus ensuring faultless production.
- Fach moving part is fitted on ball bearing.

Tuck Cams
For manufacturing Tuck Designed fabric. Thick Pique / Airtex types of
fabric. These machines are manufactured suitable to run with three butt
needles. Plain fabric can also be produced on these machines.
Terry/Plush Attachments
For manufacturing fabric within Towel effect on one side of the fabric.
Multi Feeder
Feeders in addition to the standard number of feeders can be provided,
is required. Extra feeders are required to have wider Horizontal
stripes effect on the fabric.
