In a Dogiess Drive precision built Interlock Machine providing efficiency with simplicity, developed and designed to produce quality fabrics with yarns-ordinary as well as synthetic-upto the thickness of 80s and in gauges upto 28 needles per inch. It built in coarse gauge, It can also be used as an outwear machine.
Special Features
- The Dial is driven by Gears milled on a Hobbing Machine.
- The Dial Driving Gear is fitted with a device capable to bring about correct position of the needles with a very slight adjustment.
- The Roller set fitted on a helical gear is driven by a set of steel Bevel Gears.
- The Machine is fitted with adjustable tuck cams to work the cylinder and dial needles as desired.
- A very sensitive electric stop motion has been provided, which in the event of yarn breakage, loose ends or tight cones stops the machine instantaneously.
- Can be supplied fitted with terry or plush attachment and individual motor drive attachment.
