Established in the year 1939, our company is a leading manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of circular knitting machines, interlock machines, rib machines, and much more. With the sales volume of US $ 1.75 million, the company exports about 57% of its manufactured products to Africa, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Turkey and Vietnam. Quality
We, Punjab Machinery Works, incorporate various features into our knitting and sewing
machinery. In our machines, the dial is driven by gears milled on a hobbing machine and
is fitted with a device capable to bring about correct position of the
needle with very slight adjustments. Our machines are
fitted with adjustable tuck cams to operate the cylinder and dial needles
as needed. A very sensitive electric stop motion has been provided to
our machines that would stop them in case of loose ends, yarn breakage
or tight cones.
Our in-house metallurgy lab provides analytical testing of the raw
material like iron, steel, copper and other ferrous and non-ferrous
metals. The finished products at our unit undergo various mechanical and
non-destructive testing procedures. Our quality control department checks our
machines on material evaluation & development of machine design,
durability, operation functionality and failure analysis, corrosion
control, etc.
